Dr. Rath’s remarks in front of the International Criminal Court
handing over the Complaint Against the Pharmaceutical/Petrochemical
Cartel
to the Office of the Prosecutor
- The Hague June 15, 2003 -
Today is a historic day. It is June 15, 2003 and we, on behalf of the
people of the world, have come here to The Hague to bring a complaint
in front of and to the International Criminal Court, that has been established
here on behalf of the United Nations to prevent crimes against humanity
and in order to prevent world wars and the abyss of mankind.
Here today we are handing to the public prosecutor of the International
Criminal Court the complaint against genocide and other crimes against
humanity committed in connection with the pharmaceutical ‘business
with disease’ and the recent war against Iraq. This complaint is
submitted to the International Criminal Court by myself and others on
behalf of the people of the world. The Hague, June 15, 2003. The address
is the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court,
Senator Louis Moreno-Ocampo, who will start his office this coming Monday,
June 16.

The International Criminal Court
in The Hague

This complaint brings before the International Court of Justice the
greatest crimes ever committed in the course of human history. The accused
from the pharmaceutical and petrochemical interest groups are charged
with causing injury to and the death of millions of people through the ‘business
with disease’, war crimes and other crimes against humanity and
these crimes fall under the jurisdiction of this International Criminal
Court.
The charges presented in this complaint relate to two main fields of
crime. The first field: Genocide and other crimes against humanity committed
in connection with the pharmaceutical business with disease against those
millions of patients who have died from heart disease, from strokes,
from cancer, from many other diseases that long ago could have been eradicated
if not for their financial interest and greed. The second area of complaints
and charges relate to crimes of war and aggression and other crimes against
humanity committed in connection with the recent war against Iraq and
the international escalation towards a new world war.
These two fields of crime are directly related and connected by one
factor: They are committed in the name and interest of the same corporate
investment groups and their political stakeholders. If these interest
groups and their political stakeholders are not held accountable for
these crimes immediately, they will continue the escalation of the international
crisis with the ultimate risk of a war with weapons of mass destruction.
In this critical and historical situation I am here, we are all here
today, to bring these crimes against humanity, these war crimes, crimes
of aggression and genocide to the attention of the prosecutor at the
International Criminal Court and urge him to take immediate action to
prevent further crimes and the ultimate disaster of a world war.
And we encourage from here every individual person, every government,
every corporation or organization from anywhere in the world who has
suffered from these crimes, to terminate these crimes: Join us in this
campaign!

We are here from all continents. There are people here from America
and from Asia, there are people here from Africa, from Australia and
many of us from Europe. We come from all walks of life. We are here because
we are convinced that this is the right thing to do.
We are here because these crimes against humanity, the unnecessary
deaths of millions of patients and people need to be stopped right now!
We are united in speaking the truth and we know it’s only a question
of time until the truth will be heard the world over.
We are here not only for ourselves. We are also here for the generations
of our children and grandchildren: For You, we are here today, too!
So, let’s hand over this criminal complaint to once and for all
terminate the ‘business with disease’ and the other crimes
committed on behalf of this cartel.

the complaint to the Officer at the International Criminal Court.
Dr. Rath addressed the ICC Officer: “We want to hand
over a complaint to the prosecutor, Senator Moreno-Ocampo, who
will start his office here tomorrow?”
Officer: “Yes”.

forward it to him. Will you do this?”
Officer: “Yes”

ICC officer on June 15, 2003 at 13:30 hours.
